Apple
Sweet, crisp apple aroma leads to a bold, tart apple flavor. Reminiscent of a bite of the fresh fruit.
Caramel
Aroma of brown sugar and fresh baked apple pie. Taste of caramel and toffee with a pleasing warmth.
Spices
A comforting layer of warm spices arises in the finish as the apple flavor subsides.
Orange
Subtle orange notes rest lightly atop the other aromas and flavors, lending a delicacy to them.

It’s all about comfort.
To us, pie means kindness, belonging and feeling at home. Our local orchards provided the goods, we add the spice and the fruit shines through.
After trying varieties aplenty, we found the most true flavor from the classic pie apples that hang onto tart even as they sweeten and soften.
This one is an ode to September.
